Ingredients

1Powdered sugar - 3.5 oz (100gms)
2Butter - 3.5 oz (100gms)
3Flour - 3.5 oz (100gms)
4Eggs - 2
5Vanilla essence - 1/4tsp
6Baking powder - 1/4tsp
7Baking soda -1/4tsp
8Milk (optional)

Method of Preparation

Step 1:

Add all the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl and keep aside.

Step 2:

Beat butter and sugar together till you get a fluffy mixture.

Step 3:

Add eggs one at a time and beat well.

Step 4:

Add flour little by little. Do not overbeat.

Step 5:

Add vanilla essence.

Step 6:

Preheat oven to 180 °c.

Step 7:

Add the mixture to the cups.

Step 8:

Bake the cupcakes for 20-25 mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Tips

Always keep the ingredients at room temperature. You can add 1 or 2 tablespoons of milk if required.
