2Paneer - 3.5 oz (100gms)
3Salt - As required
4Cumin seeds- 1tbsp
5Black pepper - 1tbsp
6Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp
7Green chili - 3
8Coriander - some
9Milk - 2tbsp
10Oil - As required
11Cheese - As required
12Coriander paste - 1cup

Method of Preparation

Step 1:

Grate the paneer using a shredder.

Step 2:

Mix paneer, cumin seed, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, green chilli, coriander, milk.

Step 3:

Now mix all the ingredients together.

Step 4:

Trim the edges of bread slices.

Step 5:

Roll the bread using rolling pin into thin slices.

Step 6:

Put the coriander chutney first, and then some filling and cheese together and roll it.

Step 7:

Roll it tightly and keep it aside. Repeat the method for all the filling.

Step 8:

Heat the pan over medium heat. Place the rolls over it and use oil.

Step 9:

Keep turning them until they become golden brown.


You can use butter instead of oil.
