3Flour - 3.5 oz (100gms)
4Eggs - 2
5Vanilla essence - 1/4tsp
6Choco chips - 1/4cup
7Baking powder - 1/4tsp
8Baking soda - 1/4tsp
Method of Preparation
Add all the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl and keep aside.
Beat butter and sugar together till you get a fluffy mixture.
Add eggs one at a time and beat well.
Add flour little by little. Do not overbeat.
Add vanilla essence.
Add choco chips.
Preheat oven to 180 °c.
Divide and add the mixture to the cup liners.
Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or for about 20 mins.
Always keep the ingredients at room temperature. You can add 1 or 2 tablespoons of milk if required. You can add chocolate essence for flavor.
