Ingredients

1Powdered sugar - 4.4 oz (125gms)
2Butter - 4.4 oz (125gms)
3Flour - 4.4 oz (125gms)
4Eggs - 2
5Vanilla essence - 1/4tsp
6Blueberry - 1/2 cup
7Milk - 3tbsp
8Baking powder - 1/4tsp

Method of Preparation

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 180 ° c.

Step 2:

Beat the butter and sugar together. Then add eggs one at a time mixing well after each addition.

Step 3:

Fold through the flour, milk, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.

Step 4:

Add Blueberries to the batter and slightly fold it. Do not overbeat.

Step 5:

Divide the batter into equal cupcake liners.

Step 6:

Bake the cupcakes for 20-25 mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Tips

Always keep the ingredients at room temperature. You can add 1 or 2 tablespoons of milk if required.
